Regenerative Agronomy Education Coordinator

We are looking for a hands-on, collaborative, empathetic, and strategic Education Coordinator. The candidate best suited for this position is someone who is a proactive self-starter, strategic thinker, diligent worker, and resourceful individual with a foundation in teaching and training. Background and knowledge of botanical science or agronomy are preferred to join the expanding team at AEA. It is important that the person who fills this role aligns with our approach, is mission-driven, and possesses the capacity to quickly familiarize themselves with AEA products and services. You will work with all team members to develop our internal education system. Implementation and training will be the keys to success for yourself and the future of our agronomic team. This role will be responsible for the content and the organization of our critical training materials.


  • Manage the data base content creation team

  • Follow through to make sure all lesson content is delivered in a timely manner

  • Develop and implement the training process

  • Follow through with team members and course requirements

  • Collaborate with key team members and organize the course development process

  • Review materials and collate specific trainings

  • Strategically create trainings based on data and research

  • Apply company vision with consultant feedback to build key courses.

  • Coordinate the trainers and materials

  • Manage the audio/video production process

  • Develop visuals/slide decks to match with lesson content

  • Collect and organize all the material needed for each lesson

  • Organize all the instructors, content contributors to teach lesson

  • Upload to Thinkific or whatever platform is chosen


  • Has teaching experience and enjoys educating

  • Ability to motivate people to follow through on their commitments to get lesson material

  • Ability to coordinate assignments and follow through to completion

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Education, or related programs

  • Proven experience in educating teams as well as individuals

  • Experience in Agriculture

  • Content Marketing experience
