General Office & Administration - Full Time, Middlefield, Ohio

Advancing Eco-Agriculture is a rapidly growing specialty plant nutrition and regenerative agriculture consulting company. We are looking to add General office and Administration personnel to our Middlefield, Ohio staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Order entry and processing

  • Organizing specific documentation

  • Maintaining electronic files and records

  • General administrative duties

  • Purchase orders

  • Accounts receivable

  • Communicating with customers and suppliers

  • Any other related duties


Key Competencies & Requirements:
  • 3 years minimum Administrative experience

  • Associates degree preferred

  • Highly communicative and collaborative

  • Adept with technology

  • Microsoft Office

  • Google applications

  • Sage 100 experience a plus 

  • Exceptional attention to detail

  • Strong desire for continuous improvement and self-development

  • Organization, self-management of energy and time

  • Team oriented

  • Salesforce experience

  • Willingness to help where needed
